Booking a color appointment? Color services take a deposit when you book. Please give 24 to 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Vintage Roots is a private suite inside The Salon Suites on Jefferson Street. Ellen specializes in blonding and lived-in color, with consultations and color plans built around keeping your hair healthy for the long run. Most guests come back every 8 to 12 weeks.

What should I book as a new guest?
If you are not sure, book the free 20-minute consultation, or send Ellen an email and she will point you to the right service.
How long will my appointment take?
Most blonding and lived-in color sessions run 2.5 to 4 hours, depending on where your hair is starting and where you want it to go. That time is set aside on purpose.
How often will I need to come back?
Most guests return every 8 to 12 weeks. The color is designed to grow out softly, so the timing fits your life rather than your roots.
What is the cancellation policy?
